Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Get More Vits, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this competition.

Prize

A year's supply of Get More Vits is classified as 8x cases of Get More Vits 500ml or 330ml drinks, delivered every 3 months for the duration of 12 months. The winner can choose any 500ml or 330ml Get More Vits product as their prize.

Entry

To enter via email place an order on www.getmorevits.com within 24 hours of receiving the email. Order must exceed £20 to be eligible. Promotion Period: From 29/05/2023 6:00pm BST to 30/05/2023 6:00pm BST.

There will be 1 prize available for a year's supply of Get More Vits selected from each of the Instagram entries and TikTok entries. Promotion Period: From 29/05/2023 8:00am BST to 05/06/2023 11:59pm BST

The entry instructions form part of the terms. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, damaged or delayed due to technical or connectivity or other problems.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta or TikTok. You understand that you are providing your information to us and not to Meta or TikTok and that Meta have no liability for any element of this competition.
An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the competition. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted.

Winner Selection

The draws will be made up to 7 days after the competition has ended, the winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via email/direct message and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 14 days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, or cannot take the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another winner, selected in the same manner.

Prize Acceptance

Winners will be notified within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize to arrange fulfilment of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a Prize is not fulfilled within 28 days of this email, the winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing hello@getmorevits.com.

The Promoter will email the winners every 3 months to arrange delivery of the Prize, until all 4 deliveries have been made. Products to be chosen by winner before dispatch. In the event that a winner does not respond within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right for the Prize to lapse.

Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There is no cash or other alternative to the Prize in whole or in part. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize, of equal or greater value. The Prizes are not permitted to be resold.
Any unclaimed Prize remains the property of the Promoter.
Should the company cease to exist or if it is acquired by another entity, the Promoter has the right to terminate this offering.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Prize Promotion and acceptance of the Prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prizes have been awarded.

General

Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this competition by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the competition on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
Should an act, omission, event or circumstance occur which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This is a binding agreement. The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of such revisions.
