Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We usually ship orders placed by 2pm on the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 2pm are unlikely to be dispatched until the next working day.

Please note, orders placed on Friday may not arrive until the following Monday.

If you place your order over the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order will not be fulfilled until the next working day. 

If your order is taking longer than expected or you have any questions about your delivery, please email orders@getmorevits.com where one of our lovely colleagues will be happy to assist.

Please note, we will be closed over Easter Bank Holiday weekend and orders will not be fulfilled during this period. We advise you to allow longer for your order to arrive to account for this closure. 

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We currently offer standard delivery, free for orders over £20. Your order should be with you within 2-3 days of purchase depending on the day and time of purchase. 

Please note, our couriers do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over £20. Orders below £20 are charged £3.99 for delivery.  

Orders of Multivitamin Chewing Gum will be charged £1.50 for delivery unless part of an order above £20. 

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer international shipping to a number of countries. The cost of shipping will be determined at checkout depending on your location.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

The courier will communicate tracking information and estimated delivery details with you via email. If you choose not to provide an email address, you will not receive tracking information. 

Please note your emails may state 'your parcel from ZENDBOX', this is our trusted fulfilment partner. 

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns. If you are unhappy with any product in your order, please do not hesitate to email us at orders@getmorevits.com.  One of our friendly colleagues will be happy to help you.
