Sam’s hints & tips:
- Drink lots of water! Get More Vitamins have a great range of drinks in lots of flavours that target specific vitamins, so if you don’t like to drink normal water this is perfect
- Take supplements – I carry in a pack of both Get More Multi-Vit gum flavours in my handbag but spearmint is my favourite!
- Eat a number of fresh fruits and veg in your diet
- Exercise for 20 minutes per day
- Walk when you can
- Have lemon in your water 1-2 times a day
